Initial 2-Hour Training & Assessment

This option is for when it works out best for a number of reasons to have the puppy or dog come stay with Sabrina for a more intensive daily training program. Nestled in the heart of Wine Country, the dogs have access to acres of enjoyment & stimulation. The 2 weeks (min) gives the dogs time to settle into new routine with new habits. There will be a follow up lesson when the dog is brought home,  plus 2 more in the following weeks to  help reinforce what the dog has learned and to troubleshoot anything that may come up once the dog is home.

This package includes the initial 2 hour lesson, plus 11 1-hour follow ups. Follow ups can be anywhere training is relevant; the beach, park, downtown, home, etc. They can also be a combiconation of working with me, or having me pick up the pup and take them out for training.

Sabrina has a few selected previous training dogs that hike weekly to help keep them exercised. They hike on public trails all over the peninsula and coast line for a minimum of 2 hours (clocked) with some off-leash time whenever possible. Dogs are hiked either by Sabrina herself or another local independent contractor. 

Sabrina has been teaching the youth about K-9's and their care since 2009. She has taught at after-school programs in East Palo Alto including teaching for Citizens School. She has taught camps for the youth Camp at Pets In Need, and brought their adoptive dogs to a youth rehab for training. She has also taught for 4H and continues to create programs for the youth in her serviced areas. Email her if you're looking to have a group of kids sign up!
