Maui’s Humane Society is by far my most favorite shelter that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! It’s all hands on deck every time all hands are needed and it’s amazing to watch the magic that happens. They give so much to the community and they do it big with grace and ease and so much Aloha!
Although they cant “house” “owned” fire pets, they have been on the front lines rescuing them, giving them vet care, and giving supplies to the community and having a station down in Lahaina  so people aren’t without for their beloved pets. Be consider volunteering with them if you visit Maui. I promise your heart will be rewarded!
